Processing & Dispatch

We pack and ship every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before midnight Monday will be dispatched that Tuesday. Orders placed before midnight Wednesday will be dispatched that Thursday. Orders placed after midnight Thursday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via email. We do not dispatch on public holidays, so orders may be pushed to the next available shipping day. In the event of a sales period, some delays should be expected.

Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post guidelines and may vary depending on your location, weather events, or other postal delays. Estimated timeframes do not include order processing time.

Return Conditions

We handle all returns with care, fairness, and common sense.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition
  • Due to the nature of our skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit
  • Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
