All Australian orders over $100 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. 

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We endeavor to dispatch all orders the next business day after purchasing. Express orders may see results on the same day, depending on time order is placed.

  • Orders under $100 | See shipping for details based on location. (These continue to adjust over time to become cheaper based on Aus Post BAND pricing)
Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)

Tracking will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones. Shipping time does not include order processing time. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only, services from the postal providers may vary based on many factors.

TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
  • We currently do not ship anywhere outside Australia. This is set to change in the future. We are looking to expand. Please email us at hello@shouldjustbenormal.com if you still wish to purchase and we can sort out a personalised quote.

 

RETURNS


To process your return please contact our team at hello@shouldjustbenormal.com and include your order number or confirmation so we can assist you as best as possible.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products no refund can be made for products that have been used. Should Just Be Normal cannot accept the return of the following products (unless faulty).

Conditional item’s can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of receiving the product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
