SHIPPING
Within Australia
All Australian orders over $70 qualify for Free Standard Shipping, and orders over $150 qualify for Free Express Shipping.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of purchase. Express orders may be dispatched the same day, depending on the time your order is placed.
We ship via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Standard Shipping (2–8 Business Days)
  • Orders over $70 | Free Shipping
  • Orders under $70 | Shipping calculated at checkout at $10 flat price.
Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days)
  • Orders over $150 | Free Express Shipping
  • Orders under $150 | Shipping calculated at checkout based on location
    (Express rates also follow Australia Post BAND pricing and are reviewed regularly to stay affordable.)

Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post guidelines and may vary depending on your location, weather events, or other postal delays. Estimated delivery timeframes do not include order processing time.
International Orders
We currently do not ship outside of Australia, but this is something we’re working toward in the future.

RETURNS
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
To start a return, please email hello@shouldjustbenormal.com and include your order number or confirmation details so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
We handle all returns with care, fairness, and common sense.
To keep things smooth and hygienic for everyone, we kindly ask that:
  • Items are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Due to the nature of our skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless deemed faulty.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided all conditions are met.
  • If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Please note:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
