What days do you ship?
We pack and dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday. Order before midnight Monday for Tuesday dispatch, or before midnight Wednesday for Thursday dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it's coming. We currently ship Australia wide with free shipping on orders over $99.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is packed we can't make changes, but we'll do everything we can if you get in touch quickly.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take a photo and email us straight away. We'll sort it out, no hassle.
Are all your products tallow based?
Not at all. While tallow is at the heart of a lot of what we do, we make a full range of natural skincare products including body oils, magnesium sprays and more. Whatever your skin needs, we have something for it, or are at least trying to make it. All natural, all made right here in Queensland.
Why does my tallow cream look different to last time?
Small batch, handmade products have natural variation in colour and texture depending on the season and batch. The formula is always the same.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider. Most of our products contain simple, natural ingredients but everyone's situation is different.
Do your products expire?
Not necessarily an expiry date however if stored correctly, most of our products last upto 12 months.
Why did you start SJBN?
We wanted products that actually worked without a list of ingredients we couldn't pronounce. When we couldn't find them, we made them.
Are you cruelty free?
Yes. No testing on animals, ever.
Why tallow?
Because it works. Tallow's fatty acid profile is closer to human skin than almost any plant-based oil. It's been used for centuries and the science backs it up.
What makes you different from other natural skincare brands?
We keep it simple. No filler ingredients, no marketing fluff, no water padding out the formula. What's on the label is what's in the jar. We don't make over inflated claims with no proof just so we look like the better brands; we like to back up what we say, stay original and stick to our own lane.

Do you have an ambassador anprogram?
