Synthetic fragrance is one of the most common triggers for sensitive and reactive skin. Creamy Vanilla uses real organic vanilla planifolia infused directly into the carrier oil, so the warmth and conditioning of actual vanilla replaces the chemical imitation entirely. Grass fed tallow underneath does what it does best: nourishes deeply, without asking much in return.

Is the vanilla scent strong?

It's warm and subtle. Because vanilla planifolia is infused rather than added as an essential oil or fragrance, the scent is soft and true to the botanical. Most people find it comforting rather than overpowering.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Creamy Vanilla is one of our gentler formulas. No essential oils, no synthetic fragrance, certified organic throughout. A good option for sensitive skin that still wants a scented product.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes, face and body.

How is this different from synthetic vanilla in other products?

Synthetic vanilla fragrance (often listed as 'parfum' or 'fragrance') is a chemical compound that mimics the scent but provides no skin benefit. Organic vanilla planifolia infused into jojoba delivers the actual botanical compounds alongside the scent. It conditions as well as smells good.

How long does a jar last?

A 90g jar lasts most people 2 to 3 months with daily face use. A 200g jar is available if you use it on your body
as well.

I've been using synthetic moisturisers. Will this feel different?

Yes, noticeably. Synthetic moisturisers often use humectants that pull water to the surface. Tallow nourishes at a lipid level, which absorbs differently and doesn't leave a wet or sticky feel. Give it a week or two for your skin to settle.
