Calendula & Chamomile Botanical Balm
Why Calendula & Chamomile?
Why this is the one people reach for when nothing else has worked.
Slow-rendered, not masked
We wet-render low and slow to gently draw out impurities and finish with a dry render to remove water. Then blend it straight into the cream. Not flooded with cacao or fragrance to cover a rushed render. What you smell is the tallow done right, not a cover-up.
Botanicals that earn their place
Calendula and chamomile aren't in here for marketing. Both are infused directly into certified organic golden jojoba for genuine skin benefit. Calendula is widely valued for its comforting properties on irritated skin.
Chamomile has a long history of use on delicate and reactive skin.
Protective depth, not just surface hydration
The combination of beeswax and shea butter creates an occlusive barrier that locks in what's underneath. It's the difference between a moisturiser and a balm. One hydrates the surface. This one protects the skin while the deeper ingredients do the work.
Transparency is key
No hidden ingredient lists, no vague "natural" claims. You'll always know exactly what's in the jar, where it came from, and why it's there, because you shouldn't have to trust a label blindly.

Straight FAQs
If you've got questions; we've got answers. Hopefully this covers everything you need to know about our Calendula & Chamomile Botanical Balm. If there isn't something covered here, please reach out by emailing or contacting us on our socials and we'll get it answered right away!
What's the difference between this and a tallow cream?
The Botanical Balm has a thicker, more protective consistency than the creams. It's formulated for drier, more troubled skin and contains beeswax and shea butter for an occlusive finish. If your skin needs more than daily moisture, this is the one to reach for.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes. It's suitable for face and body. Works well on dry patches, cracked areas, elbows, heels and anywhere with persistent dryness.
Is it suitable for eczema or psoriasis?
We can't make claims about treating eczema or psoriasis. The formula is free from all known synthetic irritants and uses ingredients traditionally associated with soothing irritated skin. Always patch test first and consult your healthcare provider if you have a diagnosed condition.
Will it feel heavy on my skin?
It has more body than the creams, but a little goes a long way. Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers before applying. It softens quickly and absorbs well.
Can I use it on a baby or child?
The Botanical Balm is gentle and free from synthetic ingredients. For babies with nappy rash or irritation, we'd recommend the Nappy Balm as it's specifically formulated for that use.
Can it be used on cracked heels?
Yes. Apply at night and put on socks over the top. Most people notice a significant difference within a few nights of consistent use.
Built by a family,
with families in mind.
We make things that work and last, because we built this with our own family in mind. Clean, honest ingredients. If we wouldn't put it on our kids, we wouldn't put it in the jar.
