Our Kids Magnesium Spray uses the same pure Zechstein Magnesium Chloride sourced from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands, formulated at half the strength of our adult spray, delivering 200mg per 1ml. Gentle enough for sensitive skin, still effective enough to actually do something.

Spray it on their feet, legs, or tummy before bed to support restful sleep, ease growing pains, and calm restless little legs. It absorbs quickly, doesn't feel sticky, and the lower concentration means far less of the tingling that full-strength formulas can cause.

Filtered Water (Aqua), Pure Zechstein Magnesium Chloride

Spray 2–4 pumps onto the soles of the feet or legs before bed. Rub in lightly. Patch test before first use.

What age is it suitable from?

From 3 months old.

Where do I apply it?

Soles of the feet, legs or the tummy before bed. Feet are the easiest and least likely to cause any tingling.

Will it tingle on my child's skin?

The lower concentration significantly reduces the chance of tingling. Some mild warmth on first use is possible. If your child is sensitive, start by applying to the soles of the feet.

How many sprays per application?

Start with 2 to 4 sprays per application. You can increase gradually from there based on your child's needs and response.

Can I use it on a newborn?

It's suitable from 3 months. For newborns under 3 months, speak with your healthcare provider before use.

Can they wear pyjamas straight after?

Give it a minute or two to absorb before putting pyjamas on. Applying while they're getting ready for bed gives it enough time to soak in.

Does it leave a residue?

It can leave a slight salt residue once dry, which is just the magnesium chloride. This brushes off easily. Applying to slightly damp skin and rubbing it in reduces this.
